Job Description

As a Game Attendant at Stars and Strikes, you will be responsible for providing a world-class entertainment experience for our guests.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment in the arcade, bumper cars, and laser tag arenas. You will engage guests, assist them with gameplay, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing game equipment, including setup, teardown, and maintenance
  • Providing expert advice on games and activities to enhance the guest experience
  • Assisting with ticket reconciliation, merchandise redemption, and item restocking
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance
