Job Summary

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to support the transition of paramedics to practice, professional development, and clinical mastery. This full-time, on-site position will involve developing and maintaining documentation of initial and ongoing clinical competence, as well as implementing and evaluating educational programs to improve the knowledge and skills of clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support staff transition to practice, professional development, and clinical mastery.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of initial and ongoing clinical competence.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs to improve the knowledge and skills of clinical staff.
  • Support system initiatives through multidisciplinary and collaborative partnerships.
  • Teach credentialed courses.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years experience - Paramedic experience required for role.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None.
