Overview

ManTech, a leading provider of systems engineering and integration solutions, is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Solutions Architect to lead our team in developing innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, cloud computing, and system integration.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Technical Lead to manage our TDL efforts in providing design, integration, and analysis of military intelligence systems. The successful candidate will have expertise in full lifecycle engineering of enterprise-wide hardware and software, as well as experience in leading complex projects and collaborating with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and 7 years of position-relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mastery of technical best practices, including Agile methodologies and cloud computing.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and execute complex projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategic and tactical direction for highly complex projects, assess objectives, and develop courses of action. They will also provide leadership for military intelligence efforts at the strategic and tactical levels as it relates to enabling technology for intelligence operations, planning, and mission management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a current/active TS/SCI security clearance and meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and 7 years of position-relevant experience.
  • High School diploma and 4 years of additional experience, or Associate's degree and 2 years of additional experience, may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
