Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Accurate Inventory Records: Ensure that all inventory records are up-to-date and accurate, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and performing cycle counts.
- Monitor Stock Levels and Reorder Supplies: Regularly review stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Assist with Receiving and Inspecting Shipments: Collaborate with the receiving team to inspect shipments, verify inventory, and ensure that all items are accurately received and recorded.
- Organize and Maintain Warehouse Storage Areas: Ensure that warehouse storage areas are organized, clean, and well-maintained, with all inventory stored in designated areas.
- Prepare Orders for Shipment: Prepare orders for shipment, including verifying inventory, packing, and labeling items for delivery.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations, including communicating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- 1-2 Years of Experience in Inventory or Warehouse Management: Preferred
- Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Essential
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required
