Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cobb Hospital. As a Float RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
  • Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred.
