Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide pricing information, and schedule services as needed.
  • Resolve billing and invoice-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Enter service-related notes into our system software, maintaining accurate records and facilitating seamless communication.
  • Offer general marketing information to prospects and customers, promoting our services and products.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Validate technician paperwork for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Escalate complex inquiries or issues to management, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Entry-level customer service skills and techniques
  • Basic understanding of computers
  • Entry-level skill in using company telephone features
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
