NDT Technician II

HAECO Americas is seeking a highly skilled NDT Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for performing and interpreting non-destructive tests on materials and components to ensure product integrity and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct non-destructive tests on materials, components, and assemblies using methods such as ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), radiographic testing (RT), and visual testing (VT).
- Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
- Investigate, validate and develop root cause analysis based corrective actions for all "late finds", and internal and external audit findings identified on assigned aircraft.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, results, and any recommended actions.
- Setup and maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration and functionality are up to date and in adherence to applicable standards and/or specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HAECO's Repairman certification.
- Level II NDT certification with the required classroom AND OJT hours for a minimum of one Level II NDT method (PT, ET, UT).
- Must be able to obtain certification with the required classroom AND OJT hours in two additional Level II NDT methods (PT, ET, UT).
- Strong understanding of NDT principles, methods, and techniques.
- Proficiency in interpreting codes, standards, and specifications related to NDT testing.
