Practice Group Assistant

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced practice group assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is a great opportunity to work with a renowned national law firm and contribute to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide litigation support to a team of attorneys.
- Create and format various legal documents.
- Filing in state and federal court systems.
- Manage attorney schedules through Microsoft Outlook calendaring.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Assist with billing, attorney time, and proforma review through 3E.
- Maintain paper and electronic files through the firm's document management system.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a litigation practice group assistant.
- Proficient in creating and formatting legal documents.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range
$70,000 - $90,000 per year.
