  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve engineering processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including ASCE 7-10, ACI 318-08, and AISC 14th edition
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Navisworks, STAAD Pro, and RAM Elements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in civil and structural design for plastic plants, including LDPE, LLDPE, and HPDE
  • High-pressure experience, including foundations and structures with large reciprocating machinery and significant dynamic loading
  • Site experience, including construction, site troubleshooting, site survey, and fabricator shop
