* Provide structural design and analysis, seismic analysis, and hydraulic engineering, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and best practices in building construction.
* Design sanitary components for building infrastructure, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Oversee the design, installation, and modification of processing and packaging lines, and make necessary adjustments to ammonia refrigeration systems.
* Lead environmental compliance initiatives, focusing on wastewater management and OSHA PSM / EPA RMP for ammonia refrigeration systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met efficiently.
* Conduct site planning and surveying to support new projects and facility expansions.
* Support the Director of Engineering in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's of Science: Civil Engineering
* Minimum 3+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably with a focus on structural or environmental engineering.
* Professional engineering license are preferred.
* Strong understanding of engineering codes and good practices, particularly in building construction.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
