Responsibilities of a Certified Behavior Analyst at Action Behavior Centers: Overseeing daily case management for children diagnosed with autism Conducting initial and ongoing assessments utilizing specialized assessment tools Gathering data and formulating tailored treatment plans for each child Delivering 30+ hours of treatment weekly for your clients Providing consistent Family Guidance Leading and mentoring your dedicated team of Registered Behavior Technicians Collaborating with a team of like-minded professionals committed to our core values Managing discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload Responsibilities of a Clinical Director: Acting as the clinical counterpart to the Operations Manager, guiding the team and influencing center operations Engaging, mentoring, and motivating our team of BCBAs and RBTs while managing a client caseload of three Ensuring clinical quality training and compliance within your center, maintaining high standards of clinical excellence Conducting initial and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools Collecting data and developing individualized treatment plans for each child Providing 15+ hours of treatment weekly for your clients Offering consistent Family Guidance Collaborating and problem-solving with a team of dedicated professionals Assisting with intakes and managing discharge and transition planning for clients Qualifications: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or preparing to take the BCBA exam within a month Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA / Senior BCBA Clinical Director candidates should have at least three years of BCBA certification A genuine passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families Opportunities for Growth: As a BCBA, you will have access to continuous learning and growth opportunities.
