We pride ourselves on maintaining low turnover rates among Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and providing exceptional support staff, allowing our clinicians to concentrate on their core responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in all facets of clinical operations, including client onboarding and program development.
  • Train and mentor other therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in and potentially lead ongoing training initiatives to enhance clinical practices.
  • Guarantee the provision of superior clinical services to our clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
