This role is responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure timely and accurate execution of production plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer requirements and production deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the production manager to develop and implement process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory management and material transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely and accurate shipping of products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (AS degree with 5+ years of experience may be considered).
- At least 5 years of experience in production control or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- APICS certification a plus.
