Med Surg RN Weekend Days Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Med Surg RN to join our team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.

About the Role

The Med Surg RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care to a variety of surgical patients, including those undergoing general surgery, gastrointestinal, head/neck, and vascular procedures. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, utilizing an evidence-based approach to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, utilizing an interdisciplinary approach
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Respond to requests for information or follow-up with physician, staff, or patient issues in a timely manner
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and have a current RN license. You should also have experience working in a medical-surgical setting and be proficient in the use of electronic medical records.
