Key Responsibilities- Adverse Event Management
- Review and analyze adverse event reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Patient/Family Relations department to address patient safety concerns.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future adverse events.
- Develop and implement innovative patient safety initiatives to improve quality and safety.
- Collaborate with hospital leaders and staff to identify and address safety vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and quality care.
- Provide training and mentorship to new staff members on patient safety and quality improvement principles.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve staff knowledge and skills in patient safety and quality improvement.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. nursing, pharmacy, etc.).
- Experience in quality improvement, patient safety, or risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
