Our commercial focus is on bringing to market a novel wash-free immunoassay platform with unprecedented sensitivity. As a Head of Laboratory, you will lead our Assay Development team and contribute to the creation of novel ultrasensitive immunoassays. Your expertise in protein biology and extensive knowledge of immunoassay development will be crucial in driving our growth and success.

Responsibilities include designing and developing ELISA-based assays for ultrasensitive detection of analytes, conducting experiments to demonstrate feasibility and characterize performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market. You will also contribute to scientific literature, internal reports, and communications, and represent the company at conferences. If you have a strong track record in immunoassay development, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience working within cGMP/GLP regulated quality systems, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time, onsite position in Woburn, MA.
