We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Leader to manage all maintenance and repair operations at our residential community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and execute or delegate minor and routine maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and evaluate the work performed by maintenance personnel.
- Assist management in organizing and directing the maintenance team and scheduling personnel.
- Conduct regular safety meetings to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Maintain precise records related to preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
- Coordinate or carry out equipment maintenance and additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role is preferred.
- Must possess maintenance experience with a minimum of 150 units.
- Proficiency in all trades is essential.
- A collaborative team player with an exceptional customer service mindset.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage ranging from $29 to $34, depending on experience.
- Monthly performance bonuses.
- Accrual of 10 days of paid time off annually.
- 10 paid holidays and 2 personal days each year.
- 40 hours of paid sick leave.
