Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst and Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of Power Platform solutions.
  • Work with Product Owners and/or Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and create technical designs.
  • Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate solution designs.
  • Participate in stakeholder education, discovery, planning, and design sessions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are being adhered to.
  • Plan and perform client demos.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience creating business applications.
  • Expertise with relational database concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-driven with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • Active Microsoft certifications (PL-200).
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Copilot Studio.
  • Power BI Experience.
  • Knowledge of full SDLC, Agile development methodologies, and application development life cycle.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell.
  • Experience using Visual Studio, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or other source control management tools.
  • Azure development fundamentals.
