About This Role

We're seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our team during the busy holiday season. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that we provide real-time support to our retailers and 'Reflexers' across all US markets in four different time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, particularly in challenging situations, to ensure that every Reflexer receives a personalized, fast, and easy path to resolution.
  • Provide omni-channel support (via phone, SMS, email, and Slack) while finding creative solutions to real-time fulfillment challenges.
  • Multitask while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Handle issues while adapting to pressure and time constraints.
  • Triage issues and escalate to the correct team.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • A passion for reinventing retail - a plus if you've worked in retail.
  • This is an hourly position with an emphasis on supporting our busiest days of the week, which are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (weekend availability is required for role consideration).
  • This is a seasonal position from October - December with potential to convert to full-time in January.
  • Willingness to work holidays.
  • Experience in a customer support role.
  • A relevant degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail; you are able to spot developing issues quickly before they escalate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating via phone, text, and email with both internal team members and external customers.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
  • You're willing to take on challenges and learn from failure; ability to work independently & operate in ambiguity.
  • You are highly adaptable; you welcome change and the opportunity to influence the future of our organization.
