  • Provide education and support to residents and their families, promoting health literacy and empowerment.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN or LVN license in good standing, per state regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on resident-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing resident needs and preferences.
