Position Title: Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient Oncology

Overview: This full-time float position within the UCHealth network will provide support across various Oncology service areas. The role involves working in multiple locations, offering flexibility and variety in daily responsibilities.

Location: Various locations within the Metro Denver Region

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80 hours per pay period, with shifts primarily between 5:30 AM and 10:30 PM, rotating as needed.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and analyze medication regimens to identify and resolve medication-related issues.
  • Provide patient-centered care by initiating and monitoring medication therapies through established protocols.
  • Deliver drug information and educational support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance medication management and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Pharmacist and relevant life support certification.
  • Preferred experience in Oncology or Infusion pharmacy.
