Job Summary

We are seeking a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to support the Genoa mental health pharmacy in Colorado. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in dispensing medical prescriptions and performing various clerical duties under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense medical prescriptions and make them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff
  • Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies
  • Verify medication stock and enter data in computer to maintain inventory records
  • Work with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keep the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
  • Perform various clerical duties relating to the department
  • Deliver medications to clinics and providers and patients
Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Colorado
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Pharmacy Technician and data entry experience
