We're seeking an experienced Electrical Test Engineering Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for the Automated Test Engineering team, responsible for all aspects of test engineering of test systems for electromechanical insulin pumps.
  • Manage, train, and lead individuals and teams to design, troubleshoot, document, and test electronic components and systems in medical devices.
  • Contribute to both sustaining and new development efforts, including all aspects of new product introduction.
  • Develop and execute test development plans for prototype, pilot, and production design transfer.
  • Define, manage, and reduce product costs throughout the life cycle of the product.
  • Supervise a team of engineers in support of supplier, process, process automation, failure analysis, and test engineering.
Requirements
  • B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
  • 6 years of experience in the field, including detailed design, design testing, testing documentation, and prototype fabrication of biomedical devices.
  • 6 years' experience in medical device manufacturing and/or testing engineering.
  • Experience in a FDA/GMP/ISO environment.
  • Lean Manufacturing and 6 sigma experience.
  • Project Management experience.
