Education & Experience Requirements: Experience working with populations affected by addiction and/or children is preferred. A High School diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of 6 months of relevant training and experience that has equipped the applicant with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Supervisory Role: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: The role is conducted in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Minor travel between various sites may be necessary.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand, or kneel, and occasionally climb, balance, or stoop. Lifting and/or moving up to 15 pounds is frequently required. The ability to sit for extended periods at a computer is necessary. Frequent use of fine hand/eye coordination, along with auditory and visual acuity, is essential. The work environment is adequately lit and temperature-controlled, with no hazardous conditions present. Rotating evening coverage is a requirement.
