Job Description

Maxton Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing new embedded electronic hardware products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop analog and digital circuits, including component selection, DC motors, and battery-powered circuits.
  • Work with SPI, UART, Bluetooth interfaces, signal, and power integrity.
  • Create technical documentation, including BOM generation, schematics, wiring and cable diagrams, interface control documents, and PCB assemblies.
  • Develop 4-layer boards using Altium.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for electronic products.
  • Provide technical support for production and technical support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Altium, Git, and lab test equipment.
  • Ability to perform circuit design using analog and digital technology.
  • Experience implementing theoretical design efforts on PCBs using CAD software.
  • Capability to design, develop, and repair product testing equipment.
  • Proficient in soldering and repairing SMT and through-hole components.
