About the Role

Cadence Coalition LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated IT Security Compliance Specialist to enhance our NORAD-USNORTHCOM IT Enterprise Services (NITES) team. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of access management across multiple enterprise networks.

Your expertise will oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of elevated privileges, identity access, and service accounts, directly contributing to our robust security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer approval, creation, modification, and termination of elevated privileges in a timely and secure manner.
  • Manage oversight of Identity Access Management (IDM) for domain, network, and application accounts, ensuring adherence to policy and best practices.
  • Maintain diligent tracking and documentation of elevated rights and access levels across the enterprise.
  • Develop and refine processes and documentation to support all Access Management requirements, enhancing security and operational efficiency.
  • Manage service account lifecycle, including creation, modification, deletion, and auditing of usage.
  • Actively participate in the Change Approval Board to ensure access management compliance within the change management process.
  • Perform duties as a Local Registration Authority (LRA) under the NIPRnet Enterprise Alternate Token System (NEATS) in support of DoD PKI/PKI requirements.
  • Produce timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reports on Key Access Management metrics.
  • Organize, maintain, and track Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation, utilizing information provided by the customer to support compliance.
  • Provide assessment and authorization (A&A) support, including development of security and contingency plans, and conducting complex risk and vulnerability assessments.

Additionally, you will analyze existing policies and procedures against current DoD security policies and regulations; recommend and implement solutions to close any identified gaps.

Requirements
  • Active Top Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Information Assurance certifications of Security+, CyberTec, Network+, SSCP or similar.
  • Proven experience in access management within a multi-network enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and technologies.
  • Experience with DoD PKI and Elevated Privileges Token systems.
  • Familiarity with NIST 800-53 security controls and DoD security policies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for risk assessments and security planning.
Estimated Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
