Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Plan, execute, and finalize projects that align with customer expectations and organizational goals.
  • Project Planning: Lead the planning phase, defining project scope, objectives, technical feasibility, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • On-Site Management: Oversee activities during go-lives and implementations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update all stakeholders on project progress, addressing any emerging issues and making necessary adjustments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders, including third-party vendors.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in hospital facility infrastructure projects, including networking, wireless systems, and IDF closet setups.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing nurse call or telemetry projects.
  • Strong background in overseeing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site visits, go-lives, and implementations as necessary.
