Key Responsibilities- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer telephones, take orders, messages, and reservations with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate guest counts and wait times, ensuring efficient service
- Assist with Coat Check duties as directed
- Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations, anticipating and responding to guest needs with patience and courtesy
