We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Planner/Production Controller to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our production planning and control team, you will be responsible for scheduling and ensuring the integrity of our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and manage production plans to meet customer demands and production targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely material requirements planning to support manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
- Proven experience in production planning and control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
