Commercial Refrigeration Territory Manager

About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the southeast region. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with major OEMs, contractors, and partners in the market.
• Collaborating with the forecasting team, R&D team, and software development team to provide process or project improvement feedback.
• Generating market attention to Carel technology and proposing new promotional initiatives to expand market share/niches.
• Building and maintaining a new business funnel continuously, using specific methodology and discipline for contacting and engaging new OEMs in the region with a high response rate.
• Completing customer quoting (including price list management) and business reviews (internal and external).
• Conducting customer meetings - organizing them, managing agendas, and notes.
• Preparing visit reports and documenting all required and useful information in CRM.
• Managing sales projects, customer orders, follow-up, and regional channel forecasting.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in the refrigeration industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial refrigeration applications, refrigerant, and norms evolution.
• Excellent communication and value selling skills.
• Strong customer relationship skills - this person needs to be a clear and thorough communicator.
• Problem-solving skills - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem-solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
