Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician I to join our team at FedEx Supply Chain. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various electronic devices, software, and peripheral components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic devices, software, and peripheral components.
  • Load and verify correct operation of software packages, including operating systems.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external organizations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent in technology or computer technology.
  • One year of experience in technical support or a technical repair environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must exhibit promptness and attention to detail.
  • Contributes to a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work in a self-directed work environment.
  • Ability to complete all basic and re-currency regulatory training as required.
  • Ability to perform spill clean-up functions as required.
  • Ability to read and understand operative manuals and work instructions.

Working Conditions

This is a general office environment with standard office equipment available. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
