Key Responsibilities- Account Resolution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve patient account inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of outstanding balances.
- Revenue Cycle Functions: Perform various revenue cycle functions, including cash posting, customer service, and assembly, to meet or exceed key performance metrics.
- Communication and Documentation: Provide professional and effective written and verbal communication with internal and external customers, and maintain accurate documentation of patient and payor information.
- Quality and Productivity: Ensure departmental quality and productivity standards are met, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all relevant regulations, including CHRISTUS Health, payer, and government requirements.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-high school education preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare or financial services environment preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and efficient processing of financial transactions.
