About Us

At Serasana, our mission is to foster a community focused on health and wellness. We integrate traditional wellness practices to promote stress relief and pain management through a variety of services, including acupuncture, yoga, massage, infrared sauna, and skincare treatments.

We are currently seeking Licensed Estheticians to join our dedicated team. Our studio features a serene tea bar and a curated retail selection designed to enhance our clients' wellness journeys. We offer multiple treatment rooms and regularly host workshops to enrich our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embrace the Serasana philosophy of holistic health and collaborate with team members to maximize client benefits.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' needs, medical history, and overall wellness.
  • Guide clients through our diverse service offerings.
  • Tailor sessions to address specific concerns or areas of focus.
  • Deliver skincare services that include:
    • Skin cleansing
    • Assessment of skin conditions
    • Providing appropriate skincare treatments
    • Educating clients on skincare maintenance
  • Focus on client retention and satisfaction.
  • Recommend and sell relevant products.
  • Advise on comprehensive treatment plans that may incorporate yoga, acupuncture, meditation, and other wellness practices.
  • Document detailed client histories, including injuries and chronic conditions.
  • Complete SOAP notes following each session.
  • Provide clients with personalized Wellness Prescriptions post-session.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Report directly to management.

Qualifications

Must possess a current Florida Esthetician License and Liability Insurance.

Educational Background

Completion of a state-approved cosmetology or esthetician program is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to frequently bend at the waist.
  • Capability to assist clients with disabilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to a tobacco-free lifestyle.
  • Arrive at work free from the effects of drugs or alcohol.
