Position: Oncology Registered Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established protocols for medical directives.
- Evaluate the needs of patients and their families, providing essential education.
- Administer chemotherapy and other treatments under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist medical professionals during examinations and procedures.
- Monitor and relay laboratory results and test findings.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and procedures on patients.
- Provide nursing support for additional offices as required.
- Guide and mentor junior staff members.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing institution, with a preference for a BSN.
- A minimum of three years of nursing experience, including at least one year in oncology.
- Possession of a current RN license in Florida and BLS certification.
- Preferred certifications include OCN and ONS.
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
