Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dementia Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Memory Care Unit, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care and support to our residents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Dementia Care Specialist, you will require:

Strong knowledge of dementia care principles and best practices.Experience working with older adults with dementia.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

The Alden Network offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
