  • Set and reset tables in line with our company standards, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Assist with meal preparation as requested, supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional cuisine.
  • Assist with maintaining stock levels of bar, coffee shop, and front-of-house areas, ensuring that our facilities are well-stocked and ready for service.
  • Support special events and activities as requested, contributing to the overall success of our community.

Requirements:

  • Caring heart and willingness to serve others, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and personal development.
  • ServSafe Certification if applicable by state requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and guests.
  • Food server/hospitality experience required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bar Card preferred if applicable to state requirements, demonstrating a commitment to responsible service and compliance.
  • Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment, with a focus on providing exceptional care and support.
  • Knowledge of a POS system preferred, with experience in managing cash handling and inventory.
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts, including holidays, weekends, and special events, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our residents and guests.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and residents.
