Job Summary

As a Server at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be on taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Take customer orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage orders are accurate and meet our high standards.
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and handling.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
