We're a reputable home improvement and remodeling company seeking a skilled Master Craftsman to join our team. As a small business, we prioritize building long-term relationships with our clients through professional appearance, communication, and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch work, providing real, long-lasting solutions to our clients' home improvement needs.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly in written and oral English, ensuring seamless collaboration with our team.
  • Bring your own set of tools, including extension ladders, to ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of experience in the residential construction field, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in carpentry, including trim work, door hanging, wood rot repair, and identifying load-bearing walls.
  • Experience with drywall repair, painting (interior and exterior), deck replacement, and remodeling (including bathroom renovations).
  • Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, including setting up three-way switches and sweating copper pipes.
