Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop back-end systems using Java, C#, or Python
  • Develop and deploy cloud-based applications using containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher
  • Deploy Kubernetes within a platform or cloud offerings, including GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Develop and maintain automation tools using SaltStack, Ansible, or Puppet
  • Develop and deploy web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript, and a framework, including Angular, React, or Vue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience developing web services against big data technologies
  • 3+ years of experience with development using Java Spring and Spring Security
  • 2+ years of experience with containerization technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher
  • 2+ years of experience deploying Kubernetes within a platform or cloud offerings, including GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • 2+ years of experience with automation tools, including SaltStack, Ansible, or Puppet
  • 2+ years of experience with Helm and Terraform
  • Experience developing web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript, and a framework, including Angular, React, or Vue
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 Compliance Certification, including Security+ or CISSP within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AWS or Azure
  • Experience with testing frameworks, including Jasmine, Karma, or Selenium
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks, such as Apache Spark
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks
  • DoD 8570 Compliance Certification, including Security+ or CISSP
