We're looking for a talented Process Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our production area, you'll resolve daily processing challenges and work independently and as part of a team to propose and develop ideas, concepts, documentation from concept to sustaining activities. You'll analyze results, document, and evaluate processes for cost-effective manufacturing while maintaining quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve daily processing challenges in the production area
  • Work independently and as a member of a team to propose and develop ideas, concepts, documentation from concept to sustaining activities
  • Interface with other engineering disciplines to perform process, procedural, and drawing updates using the change order process
  • Use critical thinking and solid engineering methods to provide data-driven solutions to semi-complex problems
  • Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced engineers and technicians via excellent data organization, time management, project planning, report writing, and presentations to internal customers
  • Initiate and participate in root cause analysis investigations, Material Review Board (MRBs), and provide technical input to Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPAs)
  • Assess and recommend equipment upgrades and/or new equipment purchases, including return on investment (ROI) calculations
  • Conduct research and investigation into related topics to increase knowledge and capability

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline
  • Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Industrial Engineering
  • Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered

Additional Information:

This position requires access to technology, materials, software, or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain a U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Pay Range:

$81,364 - $101,705 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
