Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our portfolio, including local marketing, tenant relations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee on-site operations, including budget implementation, vendor relationships, and rent collections.
  • Manage repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Negotiate leases and collect security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes.
  • Develop and train employees onsite and virtual assistants overseas.
  • Implement guidelines and procedures for efficiency and productivity.
  • Reconcile financials daily using trust accounting.
  • Stay knowledgeable about California landlord and tenant laws, including evictions.
  • Establish rental rates by surveying local rental rates to ensure fair and competitive pricing.
Requirements
  • Valid Real Estate License.
  • Past sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Flexibility in schedule to include working evenings and weekends.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
