Job Title: Construction Superintendent

BELFOR Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our restoration and construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, estimators, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support project delivery and business operations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
