Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Specialist to join our team at Sevita. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioral support and interventions to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and community integration
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and develop strategies for support
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records of individual support plans
  • Provide training and education to staff on behavioral support and intervention techniques
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance services and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field
  • Two years of experience in behavioral support or a related field
  • Training in behavior modification techniques and/or experience providing behavior management treatment
  • Knowledge of specialized populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injury, or mental health
  • Reliable, responsible, and caring nature with ability to work well with others
