We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Specialist to join our team at Sevita. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and quality of life.
- Conduct assessments and observations to identify individual needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and individualized support plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
- Two years of related experience.
- Training in behavior modification techniques and/or experience providing behavior management treatment.
- Knowledge of specialized populations and expertise in special disciplines.
- Reliable, responsible, and caring nature with ability to work well with others.
