Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Manager and Site Safety Health Officer to enhance our operations. This role is crucial for overseeing quality management systems and ensuring safety protocols are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive Quality Management System Plan, including policies, programs, and procedures, ensuring alignment with contract requirements.
  • Identify and address hazards outlined in the Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA).
  • Conduct training sessions regarding activity hazards and the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) or controls.
  • Provide constructive feedback on work activities to enhance safety measures.
  • Document and monitor the safety and health controls in place.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing and enforcing quality management programs.
  • An active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Five years of experience in managing and supervising quality management initiatives.
