Barback, Concessions Specialist

Job Summary:
The Concessions Barback is a key member of the Legends team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our concession stands. As a Barback, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a positive and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Stocking and Supply Management: Restock bar items and fill ice bins as needed to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Quality Service: Ensure prompt and quality service is provided to all guests, meeting the high standards of Legends.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company and venue standards.
- Logistics and Inventory: Assist in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries, and restock stands with products in an efficient manner.
- Inspections and Reporting: Inspect stands for deficiencies and report any concerns to management.
- Event Support: Assist with moving equipment as required for events throughout the venue, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication and Teamwork: Ability to read, speak, and write English, and effectively communicate with staff and guests.
- Flexibility and Availability: Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
- Knowledge and Skills: Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette, as well as the ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Licenses and Certifications:
Required - RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring if necessary). Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
