The Concessions Barback is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service in the Concessions environment. This role requires a high level of flexibility, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment and rotating assignments as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Stock Management: Ensure that all bar areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies, including ice, beverages, and snacks.
- Guest Service: Provide prompt, quality service to guests, including answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking stands and disposing of trash.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries, and restock stands with products in an efficient manner.
- Quality Control: Inspect stands for deficiencies and report any concerns to management.
- Event Support: Assist with moving equipment as required for events throughout the venue.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
- Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Required - RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring if necessary)
