Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC systems and equipment with expertise.
  • Identify potential maintenance issues and equipment-related risks.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems, providing effective solutions.
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly to maintain system functionality.
  • Adhere to appliance standards and comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Meet service standards consistently, follow work instructions, and fulfill customer expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with customers while enhancing your understanding of their needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician.
  • A strong commitment to continuous education and professional development in the HVAC field.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficient in advanced HVAC principles, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Enjoy working with people and possess outstanding customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces while prioritizing safety and quality in all tasks.
