Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing routine, periodic service and inspections on Mechanical HVAC equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, oil and grease bearing maintenance, and belt adjustments.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify and diagnose equipment issues.
  • Perform cooling tower and condenser maintenance, including coil cleaning and evaporator maintenance.
  • Operate mechanical equipment as required by customer contract.
  • Clean and perform routine maintenance on solar energy equipment.
  • Perform indoor air quality related maintenance, including duct system cleaning and drain pan maintenance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Current driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • EPA Refrigeration certification.
