Job Overview

Position: Metal Fabrication Grinder

Role Summary

  • Responsible for smoothing and finishing welds to manufacture fitness equipment.
  • Fast-paced production setting requiring adaptability and willingness to learn multiple roles.
  • Utilizing various machinery in the fabrication area, with a primary focus on laser operation. The machinery includes:
  • Drill Press, Tube and Pipe Bender, Wire Wheel, Cold Saw, Bundle Saw, Tumbler, Grinding and Deburring tools.

Work Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: 5am-3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed.
  • Anticipate working approximately 50 hours per week.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay at $22.70 per hour, inclusive of differential.
